At Whimink, we carefully handle every order to ensure quality.

Print-on-Demand Items (mugs, apparel, gifts): 2–5 business days

Leather Goods & Handcrafted Products: 3–7 business days

Custom/Personalized Orders: 5–10 business days
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times may vary due to customs, seasonal delays, or courier issues.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/type of items ordered.
We also offer free shipping promotions during seasonal campaigns.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be charged reshipping fees.

Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are custom-made or print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns for:

Sale or clearance items
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
Please provide photos so we can process the replacement quickly.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Whimink is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
If this occurs, please contact the courier directly.
